Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. Everything is made from scratch and custom to your brand, so all sales are final.
How long is turnaround with a rush fee?
Depending on which rush option you choose, your turnaround time can be shortened to less than 7 business days.
How does the design process work?
You’ll add the service to your cart, check out, receive a confirmation email, then a second email with your required design form and client portal login.
How do I submit my design details?
You’ll receive a form via email to upload all project info, content, and inspiration.
What happens after I submit the form?
I’ll review your information and begin the project based on your selected turnaround timeframe.
Where can I check my project updates?
You’ll get access to your personal Client Portal to view project updates, notes, previews, and progress.
What is the client portal for?
It’s your personalized dashboard for managing your design project after purchase — including updates, file previews, and communication.
How do I enroll in courses?
Click on “Courses” or “TGP Academy,” choose the course or plan that fits your needs, check out, and you’ll receive direct access via email.
What types of files will I receive?
You’ll receive high-resolution PNG, JPG, and PDF files. Vector formats (AI, SVG) are available on request.
Do you design for both print and digital?
Yes! I design for websites, social media, business cards, flyers, labels, and other digital or print materials.
How many revisions do I get?
Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions or major changes may require an additional fee.
