Standard turnaround is generally 10–14 business days. Larger projects, websites, full brand identity systems and projects requiring extensive content may require additional time. Your project timeline begins once payment and all required project materials have been received.
No. All purchases, deposits and project payments are non-refundable because time is reserved specifically for your project and each design is created from scratch for your brand. Please review the service description and policies carefully before purchasing.
Rush availability depends on the current schedule and the complexity of your project. Available rush options may shorten delivery to fewer than seven business days. A rush fee prioritizes your project within the production schedule but does not remove the requirement to provide complete content and feedback on time.
Select the service that fits your project and complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email, access to your client portal and a required design questionnaire. Your project is not considered ready to begin until payment, the questionnaire and all required content have been submitted.
Your confirmation email and client portal will include a project questionnaire. Use the form to provide your business information, written content, preferred colors, dimensions, inspiration, photographs, logos and any other materials needed for the design.
Your project may be delayed until all required information is provided. The turnaround period does not begin while essential content, copy, photographs, login credentials or brand assets are missing. Complete information allows the design process to remain efficient and prevents avoidable revisions.
Project updates, messages, forms, invoices, files and design previews are managed through your personal client portal. Keeping project communication in the portal helps maintain an organized record and prevents important feedback from being lost across multiple platforms.
Your portal is the central dashboard for your project. Depending on the service, it may include your questionnaire, invoice, contract, timeline, progress updates, revision requests, design proofs and final file delivery.
Most services include one or two revision rounds as stated in the service description. A revision round should contain one complete and consolidated list of requested edits. Additional rounds, new concepts, major direction changes or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
A revision refines the approved direction through reasonable adjustments such as color, spacing, wording or placement. Requesting a completely different style, layout, concept, audience, product or direction after design work has begun may be treated as a new concept and quoted separately.
Please review the complete proof and submit one organized list of edits through your client portal. Consolidated feedback reduces confusion and prevents several small messages from being counted as separate revision rounds. Screenshots and clear references are encouraged when helpful.
Final file formats depend on the service purchased. Common deliverables include high-resolution PNG, JPG and PDF files. Editable, source or vector files such as AI, EPS, PSD or SVG are included only when stated in the service description or purchased separately.
Editable and source files are not automatically included with every service. They may be included in selected branding packages or available as a paid add-on. Please confirm what is included before booking if source files are important to your project.
Download and securely back up all final files as soon as they are delivered. The Graphic Palace is not responsible for permanently storing completed project files after delivery. Cloud storage, an external drive and a secondary backup are recommended.
Yes. Services may include social media graphics, websites, digital flyers, business cards, packaging, labels, signage, presentations and other print or digital materials. Each service is prepared for its intended use, so accurate dimensions and printer requirements must be submitted before design begins.
Printing is not included unless specifically stated in the service listing. Most purchases cover design services and digital file delivery only. You may print through a vendor of your choice, and any printer templates or specifications should be provided before the design is finalized.
You should have your business name, service or product information, written website copy, professional images, brand assets, policies and required platform access prepared. Website timelines may be delayed when content or account access is missing.
Unless otherwise stated, domain registration, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, premium themes, applications, stock assets and third-party platform fees are separate from the design fee and remain the client's responsibility.
Yes. Website projects are designed with desktop and mobile responsiveness in mind. However, appearance may vary slightly across browsers, devices and screen sizes. Third-party applications and platform limitations may also affect certain features.
Payment requirements depend on the service. Smaller services may require full payment at checkout, while larger custom projects may qualify for an approved payment schedule. Work does not begin until the required payment has been received.
An unpaid invoice does not reserve a place on the schedule. Repeatedly requesting invoices without completing payment may affect your ability to book future services and may require an administrative or convenience fee before another invoice is prepared.
Messages are answered during normal business hours. Please allow an appropriate response period, especially during active production days, weekends or holidays. Repeated messages across several platforms do not speed up the response time and may make communication harder to track.
Social media may be used for initial inquiries, but active project communication should remain inside the client portal or approved email thread. This protects both parties by keeping project decisions, files and feedback organized in one place.
Delayed responses may pause the project and move it out of its original production window. If a project remains inactive for an extended period, a restart or rescheduling fee may be required before work resumes. Prompt feedback is necessary to maintain the estimated timeline.
Clients are generally responsible for supplying final names, dates, prices, service descriptions, biographies, policies and other written content unless copywriting is included in the purchased service. Light editing may be provided, but extensive writing or rewriting may require an additional fee.
Only properly licensed images should be used in a commercial project. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any photographs, logos, illustrations or other materials you submit. Stock imagery or custom image creation may be available as an add-on.
Usage rights for the approved final design are transferred according to the terms of the purchased service after the project has been paid in full. Unused concepts, drafts, working files and rejected directions remain the property of The Graphic Palace unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Graphic Palace may display completed work for portfolio, website, social media, educational or promotional purposes unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been approved before the project begins.
Select Courses or The Graphic District from the website menu, choose the course or program that fits your needs and complete checkout. Access details, schedules, replays or course materials will be delivered according to the program description.
No. Due to the immediate nature of digital access, downloadable products, templates, courses, replays and educational materials are non-refundable. Review the product description and requirements before purchasing.
