What do you need from me to start?

After checkout, you’ll receive a questionnaire to submit your project details, content, inspiration, and creative direction. Once that form is complete, your project is officially ready to begin.

Do I get the files?

Yes. Final deliverables are provided in high-quality formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG when applicable. File types may vary depending on the service booked.

Can you add products to my Shopify?

Clients are responsible for uploading their own products unless product upload support is added to the project. Product uploads can be included for an additional fee.

How long does a project take?

Most projects are completed within 7–10 or 10–14 business days depending on the service, project size, and current queue. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of design work and digital products, all payments are final once the project has started, concepts have been presented, or files have been delivered.
