Payment & Refund Policy:

Full payment is required before the project begins; I work in order payments are received. While refunds are not offered, each client gets 3 revisions for each project presented. Refunds are not offered due to all work being custom and not being able to resell the content created. All content is made to order & customized to fit clients brand aesthetic. 

Revisions

Each client is entitled to three revisions per project. Upon completion of the project and confirmation of satisfaction from the client, all final files will be delivered via email, granting the client full rights to use the provided materials as agreed. Please carefully review the design before providing final approval. Any requests for additional revisions after confirming satisfaction will be subject to a revision fee.

Agreement

By booking or purchasing any services from @thegraphicpalace, you consent to the use of any images provided to The Graphic Palace for content creation and promotional purposes, including advertisements.

Digital Products/Downloads

Digital services, ex. logos, websites; turnaround times are typically 7-10 business days. Instant downloads are available immediately after purchasing. You'll receive a downloadable pdf containing your purchase.

Physcial Products

Shipping information: While most services are digital, all physical products offered, such as business card printouts, backdrops, stickers, labels, and polymailers, will be shipped via USPS priority mail. After confirming the design project, please allow 2-3 business days for processing & 5-10 business days to receive your product.
