Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required before any project begins. I work in the order payments are received. Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are not offered once work has begun or revisions have been presented.
Revisions
Each project includes two revision rounds unless stated otherwise. Additional revisions, major direction changes, or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Project Timeline
Standard turnaround times are 7–10 or 10–14 business days depending on the service. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
Digital Products
Digital products, templates, guides, and instant downloads are final sale. Files are delivered automatically or through the provided download link after purchase.
Physical Products
Physical products are shipped after design approval and production. Processing and shipping times may vary based on the product type and supplier.
Agreement
By booking or purchasing from The Graphic Palace, you agree to these policies and give permission for completed designs to be used for portfolio and promotional purposes.
